Six Session Program

First session includes extensive interviewing to prepare you for the next sessions of hypnosis to help you stop unwanted habits. You’ll get a downloadable audio to use at home to get you ready for your next sessions.

Second session gives you stress management tools and your first interactive hypnosis experience that will prepare you for the greatest success in the following hypnosis sessions where you will release the habit and addiction.

Third session uses your personal information gathered in the first sessions, in a depth-hypnosis session where you will leave free of your unwanted habit.

A second downloadable audio is supplied after this session, to support and reinforce your new freedom from your unwanted habit.

Fourth through Sixth sessions are interactive hypnotherapy sessions that ensure your subconscious parts are in support of your new life without your old habit, and reinforces the positive changes you’ve made.

Each session is in-person or via video conference, like Zoom, and lasts approximately 90 minutes to 2 hours.

Habits often form as intelligent survival responses to stress, overwhelm, or unresolved experiences stored in the body and subconscious.

By gently engaging the inner parts that learned to rely on these behaviors for relief or regulation, this work helps unwind the underlying tension driving the habit. As the nervous system settles and inner conflicts soften, cravings naturally lose their grip. Clients often experience a surprising sense of calm, self-trust, and freedom—no longer fighting themselves, but feeling supported from the inside out.

Instead of forcing change, SMGI® creates the conditions where change can happen organically—allowing healthier choices to feel natural, sustainable, and aligned with who you truly are now.
